Yeti Lodge Booking Conditions


  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required with a completed Booking Form.
  • Damage and Extra cleaning costs. You will be expected to pay for any damage or breakages before you leave your chalet or appartment. We expect you to clean the apartment before your departure, with cleaning materials provided and instructions will be given to you in this respect when you arrive. Should you prefer not to clean the apartment, a cleaning charge of 40 Euros can be pre-paid in advance when you book or paid upon your departure. You should also be aware that there is a replacement charge of 70 Euros for any lost keys.
  • Honesty bar tabs and tourist tax (see below) must be paid in full before you depart (Credit cards accepted).
  • Chamonix Valley Tourist Tax (collected on arrival):  Chalet Chardonnet, Chalet Grands Montets & Mont Blanc Apartment: €1.5  per person per night (4* Tourism office rating).Brévent & Flégère: €1 per person per night (3* Tourism office rating). 
  • The balance of your holiday payment is due not less than 8 weeks days prior to the start of Hire Period and can be paid by credit card at no extra charge, either as a single payment or by individual payments from your group. The due date is shown on your invoice.
  • In the event of cancellation, charges are as follows:
    More than 8 weeks prior to booked date: Deposit only
    4-6 Weeks prior to booked date: 50%
    Less than 6 weeks prior to booked date: 100%
  • Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis and provisional bookings must be confirmed.
  • Holiday Insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised.
  • The Hirer must be over 21 years of age.
  • The Apartment is let for holiday purposes only.
  • The number of persons using the Apartment (s) must not exceed that stated on the Booking Form at any time.
  • In consideration of others, noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times, espeically at night.
  • We operate a strict non-smoking policy in our chalets and apartments.
  • The Hirer shall pay for all damages, losses and breakages incurred during the Hire Period.
  • Yeti Lodge do not accept any responsibility for any accident, damage or loss to the person or property or vehicles of the Hirer or the Hirer's party during the Hire Period.
  • The Apartment (s) will be available for occupation from 1600 pm on the first day of the Hire Period (it is possile to arrive earlier and leave luggage at Yeti Lodge until your apartment is ready).
  • The Apartment (s) must be vacated by 0900 am on the last day of the Hire Period (left luggage and shower facilities are availale for later departures)
